A: SantaClausMail.org is a magical service where parents can order personalized letters from Santa Claus, have a personal Zoom meeting for their children, have a home visit from Santa Claus himself or feature at a coporate/community event. We started our business out to send Santa letters to children. Each letter is crafted with care, tradition, and holiday cheer to make Christmas unforgettable.

Q: Who writes the letters?
A: Santa himself! With a little help from his elves and a team of holiday-loving writers, each letter is personalized to reflect your child’s name, City, State and Friend's name. Each letter will bring joy to your child, so choose the one that will resonate with your child the most. We have 7 to choose from.

Q: Does Santa offer home visits?
A: Yes! Santa can visit your home to bring holiday magic in person. These visits are perfect for creating unforgettable memories with your family.

Q: How long does a home visit last?
A: Typically, visits last 30–45 minutes, depending on any special requests.

Q: What happens during a home visit?
A: Santa will greet your family, listen to children’s Christmas wishes, pose for photos, and even read a holiday story if requested.

A: Currently, home visits are available in the Atlanta area and surrounding counties. Please reach out to confirm if Santa can visit your location.

🎁 Letter Ordering & Personalization

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply visit our Home page or Order Page, fill out the personalization form in Step 1, and choose your letter style. You’ll be guided through each step.

Q: What details do I need to provide?
A: You’ll need your child’s name, hometown, friend's name and Santa will take care of the rest!

Q: Can I order letters for multiple children?
A: Absolutely! You can add multiple letters to your cart and personalize each one individually.

📬 Letter Delivery & Timing

Q: When will the letters be delivered?
A: Letters are mailed starting in late November and continue through December 17th to ensure arrival before Christmas Eve.

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship across the United States. International shipping may be available soon—stay tuned!

Q: Will the envelope look like it came from the North Pole?
A: Yes! Each letter arrives in a festive envelope with a North Pole postmark for that extra touch of magic.

💳 Payment & Refunds

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Changes can be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we begin crafting your letter and may not be able to accommodate changes.

A: If you're not satisfied with your letter, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right.
